Decomiso de objetos o productos . El decomiso de objetos o productos consiste en su aprehensión material, cuando no cumplan con los requisitos, normas o disposiciones sanitarias y por tal motivo constituyan un factor de riesgo epidemiológico. El decomiso se cumplirá colocando los bienes en depósito, en poder de la autoridad sanitaria.
