A partir del año en que se complete el capital indicado en el artículo anterior, la Empresa consignará el quince por ciento {15%) de sus productos líquidos anuales, el que ingresará a la cuenta de fondos comunes del Fisco Nacional. Esta consignación se hará dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la aprobación dada al balance anual, por la Junta Directiva. CAPITULO DECIMO. Proveeduría .
