Enriéndese por familia para los efectos del numeral 1º del artículo 30 de la Ley 0134 de 1931 y del artículo 49 de este Decreto, los parientes que vivan bajo un mismo techo con el socio, y las personas de quienes se acredite que viven exclusivamente a costa del socio, aun cuando no habiten con él o no sean parientes.
