Hecho punible cometido a bordo de nave o aeronave. Cuando el hecho punible se cometa a bordo de nave o aeronave, el comandante dará inmediatamente cuenta a la autoridad colombiana del lugar donde primero haga escala y le entregará los elementos con que se hubiere cometido o que provengan de su ejecución.
