La demolición, la construcción o la reparación de obra se ejecutarán dentro del plazo fijado en la orden. Salvo disposición en contrario, en caso de incumplimiento la demolición, la construcción o la reparación, se hará por empleados municipales a costa del infractor. Si este no pago dentro del término señalado, el reembolso perseguirá por la vía de la jurisdicción coactiva. En la orden se exigirá otorgamiento de caución para asegurar su cumplimiento.
