De la licencia sanitaria para embarcaciones pesqueras. Toda embarcación pesquera deberá tener licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento, para lo cual deberá cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por la Ley 09 de 1979 y sus reglamentos, en lo referente a desratización, desinfectación, disposición de desechos sólidos y líquidos abastecimiento de agua potable y condiciones locativas.
