º . Contratación del proceso de saneamiento. La contratación de la realización del proceso de saneamiento de la información contable no exime de responsabilidad alguna a la entidad contratante, frente a los organismos de control y a la Contaduría General de la Nación, ante un eventual incumplimiento del contratista, o alguna limitación a alcance del trabajo admitida por el ente público.
