Artículo décimo. Para los efectos de este Decreto, -las plantas de personal de los Establecimientos Públicos no sufrirán modificación alguna. Las remuneraciones serán las que correspondan a los empleos según los grados de la escala establecida en el artículo primero del presente Decreto.
