Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el funcionamiento del régimen de regulación de venta de los ácidos, álcalis o sustancias similares o corrosivas que generen daño o destrucción al entrar en contacto con el tejido humano; la ruta de atención integral para las víctimas de ataques con estas sustancias; y reforzar la garantía de la atención integral en salud para las víctimas de ataques con los productos antes mencionados.
