ARTICULO 63. ASIGNACION DE FRECUENCIAS PARA LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones asignará las frecuencias para la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular, teniendo en cuenta el plan de frecuencias, los estudios técnicos y económicos que se presenten en la respectiva licitación. Dicha asignación se hará de tal forma que la distribución de frecuencias cubra las áreas Oriental, Occidental y de la Costa Atlántica, con sus correspondientes polos técnicos de desarrollo.
