al artículo 2 del Decreto 2557 del 18 de noviembre de 1994, de la siguiente manera:

Parágrafo

El Comité de Seguimiento del Plan de Acción para Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, estará conformado por el Alcalde Mayor de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital; el Gerente de la Red de Solidaridad Social para Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital; el Consejero Presidencial para Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital; El Secretario del Consejo de Ministros, en representación del Presidente de la República; y el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su delegado, el Subdirector del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
