º. El artículo 5° del Decreto 695 de 1972 quedará así: Las Cámaras de Comercio sólo podrán ejercer las funciones señaladas en el artículo 86 del Código de Comercio. En consecuencia les está prohibido realizar cualquier acto u operación que no esté encaminado al exclusivo cumplimiento de las mismas, o que persiga finalidad de lucro o de competencia comercial con las actividades propias del sector privado.
