º. Régimen subsidiado. El régimen subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, se aplicará a aquellas personas que se afilien a través del pago de una Unidad de Pago por Capitación, UPC, subsidiada, total o parcialmente, con recursos fiscales o del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía.
