Art. 240. Presentada que sea en tiempo oportuno la certificacion de la Aduana del Táchira, en que conste que el cargamento ha sido importado en ella sin novedad i alteracion alguna, se cancelarán los documentos que se hayan otorgado para asegurar los derechos ; en caso contrario se procederá a su cobro en los mismos términos establecidos por regla jeneral.
