La autenticación se anotará en todas las hojas de que conste el documento autenticado, con expresión de la correspondencia de la firma puesta allí con la registrada, o de su contenido con el del original; cuando este reposare en el archivo notarial, se indicará esta circunstancia, con cita del instrumento que lo contiene o al cual se halla anexado. El acto terminará con mención de su fecha y la firma del Notario.
