Sin perjuicio de los controles que lleven las entidades recaudadoras con respecto a la liquidación y distribución de los rendimientos financieros, estas deberán contar con los controles, registros e identificación a nivel contable, de cada beneficiario de los rendimientos financieros generados por cada uno de estos recursos.
