Los datos y documentos de que trata el inciso final del artículo 21 de la Ley 37 de 1931 se entregarán en el Ministerio durante el primer mes del año siguiente a aquel a que se refieren los mismos. La memoria contendrá precisamente un informe documentado para demostrar que las inversiones hechas durante el año se ajustan a lo dispuesto en el artículo 64 del presente Decreto.
