° Autorízase a la Secretaría de Agricultura y Fomento para celebrar con la Sociedad Antioqueña de Agricultores el contrato respectivo sobre distribución de elementos de provisión agrícola en el territorio del Departamento, en los términos del artículo 1° de la precitada Ordenanza número 43 del año pasado, con la aprobación del honorable Consejo Departamental.
