º Los Inspectores de Cedulación y los Foto-identificadores empezarán a devengar su sueldo desde el día en que se hagan presentes ante el Alcalde de la cabecera de la respectiva zona, a efecto de que este funcionario certifique que iniciaron sus labores. Los Alcaldes darán el aviso del caso telegráficamente al Ministerio de Gobierno.
