El Instituto llevará un libro de actas en que consten las deliberaciones y acuerdos de la Junta Directiva. Cada acta será firmada por el Presidente de la Junta, por el Gerente y por el Secretario. Harán fe las copias de las actas que se expiden con las firmas conjuntas del Presidente de la Junta, del Gerente y del Secretario.
