A., deberá entregarle a la Nación -Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público- los títulos representativos de las acciones ordinarias equivalentes al valor de la capitalización autorizada mediante la presente ley, junto con una certificación en la que conste el correspondiente registro de las acciones en el libro de accionistas de Satena S. A.
