Objeto. Esta Sección tiene por objeto reglamentar los requisitos, procedimientos y demás aspectos previstos en la Ley 1678 de 2013, para que el cero punto uno por ciento (0.1%) de los mejores profesionales graduados puedan acceder a becas para adelantar estudios de posgrado en el país o en el exterior.
