Articulo 5 º. Procedimiento para el pago y las objeciones cuando las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud subcontraten. Los procedimientos contemplados en los artículos 3º y 4º del presente Decreto, serán también aplicables a las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud que subcontraten la prestación de servicios con otras entidades, grupos de profesionales o profesionales.
