Reevaluación. Una vez obtenido el registro sanitario, y cuando surja nueva evidencia, tanto el solicitante como el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, podrán solicitar al IETS la reevaluación del medicamento.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.8.12.14. Reevaluación. Una vez obtenido el registro sanitario, y cuando surja nueva evidencia, tanto el solicitante como el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, podrán solicitar al IETS la reevaluación del medicamento.

La solicitud de reevaluación deberá radicarse ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima), quien enviará la documentación al IETS para que realice la correspondiente evaluación.
