Art. 2° El Ministro de Hacienda ordenará el pago á favor de cada Departamento de la suma que resulte comprobada como producto en el mes de Marzo último de la renta ó rentas que al respectivo Departamento pertenecían.

Parágrafo

La ordenación del pago se hará por mensualidades vencidas.
