El elemento material probatorio y evidencia física, recogidos por servidor público judicial colombiano, en desarrollo de la técnica de entrega vigilada, debidamente programada, sólo podrá ser utilizado como fuente de actividad investigativa. Pero establecida su autenticidad y sometido a cadena de custodia, tiene el valor de cualquier otro elemento material probatorio y evidencia física.
