El Gobierno podrá prohibir que se ejecuten instalaciones, tales como cables aéreos, líneas de conducción eléctrica y otras semejantes, cuando dichas instalaciones estén proyectadas en forma que constituyan obstáculos para la seguridad de la navegación aérea.
