Del despacho de todo cargamento destinado a la exportación se formará un expediente, que constará:

1º De los manifiestos presentados a la Aduana.

2º De las diligencias de reconocimiento, si lo hubiere; y

3º De un estado en que se clasificarán por artículos todos los cargamentos destinados a un mismo buque, con expresión del peso y estimación de cada artículo y del puerto o puertos de su destino.
