Entrega de archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, deberán ser transferidos a este Ministerio por el Ministerio del Interior, en los términos señalados por la Ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen los Secretarios Generales de dichos Ministerios.
