El Gobierno Nacional en el decreto de liquidación ubicará, clasificará y definirá ingresos y gastos del Presupuesto General de la Nación. Así mismo, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Dirección General del Presupuesto, hará por resoluciones las operaciones en igual sentido durante el transcurso de la vigencia.
