ARTICULO 2.2.2.4.1 .- INVERSIONES EN SOCIEDADES ANONIMAS INSCRITAS EN BOLSA Y ENTIDADES VIGILADAS POR LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA. Las compañías de financiamiento comercial podrán invertir hasta el diez por ciento (10%) de su capital pagado y reservas patrimoniales en acciones de sociedades anónimas inscritas en las bolsas de valores o de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

- Las compañías de financiamiento comercial disponen, a partir de la vigencia del Decreto 2329 de 1989, de un plazo máximo de tres años, para liquidar las inversiones que no cumplan los requisitos anteriores. CAPITULO V. DE LAS SOCIEDADES FIDUCIARIAS
