VIGENCIA DE LOS ACUERDOS. Los proyectos de acuerdo intendenciales y los acuerdos comisariales que deban ser revisados o aprobados por el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, empezarán a regir una vez agotado el trámite ante dicho Departamento, devueltos sin objeción los primeros y aprobados los segundos y promulgados todos debidamente.
