No se adoptará ningún tipo de máquina para la desfibración y manufactura de fique, que no haya sido experimentada y aprobada en su plena eficacia. Y a efecto de garantizar la acierto en las que se adopte, el ministerio de la economía podrá abrir concursos de selección entre los fabricantes y mecánicos de dentro o de fuera del país.
