Gobierno hará extensivas a la región del Sarare y al trayecto que el camino de este nombre ha de atravesar, las facultades de que se halla investido por el Artículo 2o. de la Ley 100 de 1923 , especialmente las relativas a la supresión o disminución del impuesto sobre explotación de bosques nacionales y a la adjudicación de tierras baldías, hasta de cien (100) hectáreas, de acuerdo con el procedimiento especial que el Gobierno dicte al respecto.

Parágrafo

De las facultades de queda investido el Gobierno por este artículo, podrá hacer uso hasta el día 1º de agosto de 1928.
