Artículo único. Los intereses de las libranzas que descuente el Banco de la República a cargo del Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de acuerdo con el Decreto número 1271 de 1932, se pagarán proporcionalmente entre las partidas a que se refieren los artículos 411 a 416 del capítulo 77 del Presupuesto vigente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
