Las Declaraciones de Importación que se presenten ante la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales deberán observar las descripciones mínimas de las mercancías objeto de importación establecidas por la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las normas que sobre descripciones en las declaraciones de importación profiera la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
