Art 5 º El 20 por 100 de cada liquidación se pagará al contado Para el pago del 80 por 100 restante, el Poder Ejecutivo, tan luego como lo permitan las urgencias del Tesoro, podrá conceder un plazo de 120 días con el interés del 12 por 100 anual, cuyo interés liquidado de antemano, y se agregara al pagaré respectivo, firmándose este por el total que resulte El pago se hará donde lo determina el Gobierno
