El monto total de los depósitos que se hagan en la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros al crédito de una asociación de educación, de beneficencia, de protección cooperativa o religiosa, en cualquier tiempo, no excederá de diez mil pesos ($10.000) moneda legal; pero si tales depósitos se hicieren en virtud de una sentencia u orden judicial, podrán exceder de dicha cantidad, siempre que se entregue a la caja copia de tal sentencia y orden.
