El juez que conociere de un proceso y tuviere noticia de que en otro juzgado cursa un juicio de aquellos que deben acumularse, pedirá informes al juzgado respectivo, y éste deberá contestar dentro de los tres días siguientes a aquel en que recibiere la petición. Dicho informe contendrá todos los datos necesarios para saber si se trata de juicios que deben acumularse.
