Decreto 428 de 1941 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 26 del Decreto extraordinario número 1157 de 1940 y otras disposiciones legales sobre pesca

Artículo cuarto. Fuera de las anteriores prohibiciones generales, es también prohibido

Capturar y matar cualquier carey o tortuga que se encuentre en la playa y que esté poniendo huevos o preparando su nido.

Capturar o matar cualquier langosta en gestación (con huevos adheridos) en cualquier época del año.

Servirse para la pesca de redes cuyas mallas tengan menos de una pulgada de abertura, medidas de nudo a nudo, y cuando la red se encuentre mojada.

Capturar o matar cualquier especie de talla mínima inferior a la que señala el artículo siguiente.
