El Estado Mayor General (Dirección del Servicio Territorial y Movilización) fijara los auxilios mensuales de marcha a los cuales tengan derecho los Comandantes de Circunscripción según lo establecido en el articulo 8° del presente Decreto, de acuerdo con los viajes que haga cada Comandante en el mes, y pasara al Departamento de Control y Ordenación del Ministerio, la relación mensual del personal que tenga derecho a tales auxilios.
