º. El Banco de la República anticipará, el 30 por 100 del valor aproximado de las monedas de plata antigua y de las extranjeras del mismo metal que compre de conformidad con este Decreto calculando dicho valor de acuerdo con la ley de las barras resultante de dichas monedas y la cotización de las mismas en el mercado internacional.
