Modifíquese el numeral 4 del artículo 13 del Decreto 4108 de 2011, relacionado con la Dirección de Generación y Protección del Empleo y Subsidio Familiar, y adiciónese una función, así:

"4. Diseñar y evaluar la política que permita mejorar la pertinencia de los servicios de empleo públicos y privados, con el fin de facilitar la movilidad laboral y generar esquemas de gestión del empleo eficientes.

12. Autorizar a las personas jurídicas que cumplan con los requisitos fijados por el gobierno Nacional mediante reglamento, para ejercer la actividad de gestión y colocación de empleo".
