El artículo 306 quedará así: "Artículo 306-1. Son beneficiarios forzosos del seguro de vida el cónyuge, los hijos legítimos y naturales y los padres legítimos o naturales del trabajador fallecido, en el orden y proporción establecidos en el ordinal e) del artículo 206. "2. Si no concurrieren ninguno de los beneficiarios que el trabajador haya designado, y, en su defecto, a quien probare que dependía económicamente del trabajador fallecido, si además fuere menor de diez y ocho (18) años o estuviere incapacitado en forma permanente para trabajar. Si hubiere varias personas en estas circunstancias, la indemnización se dividirá entre ellas por partes iguales":
