Art. 130. Los empleados públicos que por la naturaleza de sus funciones conozcan de cualesquiera ingresos que deban efectuarse en la caja de determinada oficina, remitirán, por el primer correo de cada mes, y bajo cubierta certificada, al funcionario encargado de visitar mensualmente dicha oficina, los datos de esos ingresos para que éste, al examinar las respectivas cuentas vea si figuran en ellas, y en caso contrario haga las observaciones necesarias en el acta de visita.
