Los asociados que no puedan concurrir a las Asambleas Generales podrán autorizar a otro asociado pasa que actúe en su nombre y representación, de conformidad cor las estipulaciones estatutarias pertinentes. Las reglamentaciones al respecto preverán los procedimientos que precautelen la absoluta autonomía individual para otorgar y/o revocar estos poderes, y que garanticen la real y libre expresión de la voluntad de los poderdantes. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva, el representante legal, el Revisor Fiscal y los empleados del fondo que sean socios de la entidad no podrán aceptar representaciones.
