Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios actualmente Vinculados a la Planta de Personal establecida por el Acuerdo número 089 de 1980 y aprobado por el Decreto 310 de 1980, que al ser incorporado a la Planta de Personal de que trata esta Decreto, tengan una asignación básica superior a la fijada para el cargo al cual se van a incorporar, seguirán percibiendo esta remuneración mientras permanezcan en el empleo.
