La construcción del estadium de que trata la misma Ley, estará a cargo del Gobierno Nacional, quien queda autorizado para contratar la obra de acuerdo con la importancia y la categoría de la ciudad a que está destinada. En tal virtud, elévese a ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00) la partida correspondiente.
