º Los agentes retenedores que efectúen pagos o abonos en cuenta por concepto de compras, que involucren gastos de financiación, acarreos o seguros, efectuarán la retención en la fuente sobre el valor total del respectivo pago o abono en cuenta a la tarifa del uno por ciento (1%). Lo dispuesto en el presente artículo también será aplicable en los casos de auto-retención.
