Con el fin de fomentar la exportación del banano y de otros productos agropecuarios, el Gobierno Nacional podrá crear en otras regiones del país Fondos de Regulación de Precios similares al establecido en el artículo 1º y siguiente de la presente Ley, y establecer aportes de los exportadores con destino a dichos Fondos, en forma tal que no excedan el porcentaje señalado en el artículo 2º.
